The bus was exactly on time! Picked us up at our hotel in Cat Ba and dropped us right at the departure hall of Cat Bi Airport. Very smooth journey and the AC worked perfectly.

Stress-free drop off in the Old Quarter
Navigating the Old Quarter with heavy bags is a nightmare. Thankfully, the bus dropped us off right at the doorstep of our hotel in Hanoi. The driver was very patient with the crazy city traffic. 5-star service!

The smartest way back to Hanoi
We saw a massive line of cars waiting for the slow ferry, but our group just walked straight onto the speedboat! It saved us at least an hour. The transition from Cat Ba to the mainland was incredibly smooth. Highly recommend Cat Ba Discovery for the return trip!

You definitely get what you pay for. Don't try to save a few dollars by taking the local public transport; this combined ticket is worth every penny. Clean buses, fast boat, and zero stress.

Seamless organization
Incredible from start to finish. The VIP cabin bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang was seamlessly arranged for us. Arriving early and getting a free bed to rest and a hot shower before the tour started was a really nice touch.
