1. Pick up passengers at any hotel in Cat Ba Town.
2. Transfer by bus to the Ferry Terminal (Cai Vieng or Got Pier).
3. Ferry Crossing: Enjoy a short cruise to the mainland (Hai Phong City side).
4. Board the waiting shuttle bus/car on the other side.
5. Drive directly to Cat Bi International Airport (HPH).
6. Drop-off at the Domestic or International Departure Hall.
To ensure you never miss a flight:
Buffer Time: The journey takes about 2 hours. We strongly recommend booking a bus that departs at least 3.5 – 4 hours before your flight time.
Example: If your flight is at 12:00 PM, you should take the 07:30 AM or 08:50 AM bus. Do NOT take the 10:00 AM bus.
Traffic Warning: The ferry crossing can sometimes be delayed by 15-20 minutes on weekends or holidays. Always leave extra time.
Luggage: Standard luggage is included. If you have oversized items (surfboards, large boxes), please notify us in advance.
