The total journey typically takes 4 to 4.5 hours. This includes a 15-minute rest stop on the highway and about 20–30 minutes for the ferry crossing. Please note that travel time may vary slightly depending on traffic and ferry schedules.

Absolutely. We offer free pick-up at most hotels and homestays in Tam Coc and Ninh Binh City. For pick-ups in Trang An, we provide free service for bookings of 2 people or more. If you are a solo traveler in Trang An, please contact us for the best pick-up point nearby, in case you need us to pick up there, an addition fee will be charge.
Our buses do not have a restroom inside, but we have two scheduled breaks:
A 15-minute stop at a modern rest station on the highway.
A second opportunity to use the restroom on the ferry while crossing to the island.
We recommend being at your hotel lobby 15 minutes before departure. If you are running late, please call us immediately via WhatsApp (+84 988 558 392). While tickets are generally non-refundable for no-shows, we will do our best to arrange a seat on the next available bus for a small fee.
