14:30 – 15:00 | Hotel Pick-up Our friendly guide and shuttle bus will collect you from your hotel in Cat Ba Town. We then proceed to Beo Pier (Ben Beo) to check in.
15:00 – 15:30 | Cruising Through History Welcome aboard D'charme! As we depart, you will glide through Cai Beo Fishing Village. Dating back 7,000 years, this is one of the oldest floating cultures in Vietnam. Watch as local fishermen tend to their floating farms.
15:30 – 16:15 | Into the Heart of the Bay The cruise navigates deeper into the core of Lan Ha Bay. Prepare your cameras as we pass iconic formations like Turtle Islet and Pen Islet. The scenery here is just as majestic as Ha Long Bay but significantly wilder and quieter.
16:15 – 17:00 | Kayaking Adventure We drop anchor in a calm lagoon (Tai Keo or Van Boi area). You will pair up in kayaks to paddle through sea caves and get up close to the limestone cliffs. It’s the best way to touch nature.
17:00 – 17:45 | Splash & Relax This is the highlight! You have free time to:
17:45 – 18:15 | Sunset Party Dry off and head to the sundeck. We serve complimentary tea, fresh tropical fruits, and snacks. Chill out with background music as the sky turns purple and orange over the horizon.
18:30 | Return to Port The boat returns to Beo Pier. Our bus drops you off at your hotel, concluding a memorable afternoon.
Important Notice for Winter Travelers (October – End of February): To ensure you don't miss the sunset, we adjust our schedule during the winter season. The tour will start and finish 30 minutes earlier compared to the standard timeline below. Accordingly, our shuttle will pick you up between 14:00 and 14:15, and the cruise will return to the harbor by 17:30.
We offer special rates for young travelers:
Under 2 years old: Free of charge.
From 2 to 5 years old: 50% discount.
From 6 to 12 years old: Discount of 60,000 VND per child compared to the adult price.
Note: Children over 12 years old are charged as adults.
Yes, we support rescheduling under the following conditions:
Free Rescheduling: You can change your tour date free of charge up to 3 days before departure, subject to availability and supplier confirmation. Any difference in cost (if applicable) will be covered by the customer.
Force Majeure: If the tour is affected by bad weather or natural disasters, we will arrange a new schedule. If the new date does not fit your plans, we will issue a 100% refund.
Please Note: Rescheduling on the day of departure is not permitted. Customers who are late or absent at the pick-up point will not be eligible for a refund.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:
7+ days before departure: 100% refund (transaction fees apply).
3 days before departure: 50% refund (transaction fees apply).
Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund.
Last-minute bookings: Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific circumstances.
Absolutely. Our half-day itinerary is designed for those with tight schedules but who still want to see the best of the bay. You will visit the core highlights, including the floating fishing villages and pristine beaches. You will have plenty of time (approx. 45-60 minutes) for kayaking and swimming. It’s a "short but sweet" adventure without the exhaustion of a full-day trip.
Your safety is our priority. In case of storms or if the Bay Management Board bans port departures, we will offer you a full refund or assist you in rescheduling for the next available day completely free of charge.
